- Generally, all orders are shipped out the following business day, but sometimes it may take an extra day for two for us to pack up and ship out your order. So please keep that in mind for timely deliveries. We only ship within the US and its territories. We currently do not ship to Canada.
- Shipping charges are calculated using weight and distance. The shipping charges will be calculated before you finalize your payment.
- Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Delivery confirmation is free but insurance is optional. If insurance is not purchased, WINK SF is not responsible for damage or loss after shipping.
- Tracking information for your purchase will be provided.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders placed after 2 p.m. PT will be processed the next business day. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. We may use an alternate delivery service (such as UPS) for larger packages.
- Please double check your shipping address. WINK SF will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Contact us to pre-approve returns. Returns are only accepted on items that are in the same condition as when we sent them. Items must not be used, worn, or washed and must have all tags and or packaging in place. WINK SF is currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Sale merchandise
- Opened items
- Items postmarked more than 10 days after delivery
- Items returned without an original receipt or packing invoice
- Special orders
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused, unaltered, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. WINK SF will not accept returns for goods that have been altered, mistreated or mishandled.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please immediately send an email to email@example.com or call (415)401-8881 to initiate prompt resolution of the situation. Do not discard the damaged item, the carton it arrived in, the packing material, or the paperwork. Please do not return damaged items until we ask you to do so.
- Once the return is authorized, ship the return within 10 days of receiving for a refund on your credit card. Returns must be postmarked within this 10 day period, the customer is responsible for return postage. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please pack your items with the original receipt or packing invoice.
- There is no guarantee that items returned without pre-approval with receive refunds. We are very reasonable folks, so please take a minute to contact us at the beginning of the return process.
- All custom made, special orders are final sales.
- Sale items are nonreturnable.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless due to an error on the part of WINK SF. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers and insuring the return,. as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
